The New Rosedale House is an elegant and spacious banquet hall located on the west side of Detroit, Michigan.  Known as Detroit's best kept secret for special events, The New Rosedale House is located at 18845 West McNichols and features seating for up to  300 Guest, Integrated Sound System, Private Rooms, Coat Check Room, and Full Service Commercial Kitchen.  We can also provide a variety of services including Linen Table Cloths, napkins, and beautiful chair covers for your special event.  Check out our special $14.95/ Person buffet style catering which includes a complete full course meal and the hall rental price.  There is a 100 person minimum.
